Madhu K Nair
Chairman
Madhu K Nair is a veteran project consultant with 20+ years in mining, power, and utilities. He has led major roles at Primus SAM, CLI Corp USA, and now heads Emkayen Technocepts, offering expert PMC services with a focus on techno-commercial solutions and infrastructure development.
With over 40 years of hands-on experience, Mr. Madhu K Nair has been actively involved in the successful execution of diverse projects across challenging terrains throughout India and internationally. His expertise spans across project planning, execution, budgeting, time monitoring, and operational leadership in various roles.
One of his most challenging assignments was the Guwahati project in the early 1990s, which involved the setup of a PoU and PFY plant valued at ₹500 Crores. Mr. Nair’s vast experience is now dedicated to supporting critical projects across all terrains, focusing on engineering, commissioning, and operations & maintenance (O&M).
He is committed to taking ownership and delivering tailored solutions based on customer needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes in every engagement.

She leads the identification and onboarding of strategic partners, manages high-value collaborations, and drives initiatives that amplify the company’s offerings through co-branded programs, joint certifications, and institutional tie-ups.
With a strong grasp of the education and skilling ecosystem, she brings strategic foresight and operational agility to every engagement. Her expertise extends to leading contract negotiations, formalizing MoUs, and representing the organization at key industry and academic forums.

Dr. Aparna Nair
Director of Operations
Dr. Aparna Nair leads the biotechnology research initiatives at Curo Biosciences Private Limited, an emerging biotech startup based in Nagpur known for disrupting the field of early cancer diagnostics. With a Ph.D. in Sciences from the prestigious CSIR–National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Dr. Nair brings deep expertise in life sciences, biotechnology, and microbiology.
Her research spans critical domains including molecular biology, phage biology, and cancer diagnostics. She has made impactful contributions in phage-based therapeutics and the development of early-stage cancer diagnostic kits. With over five years of experience in stem cell research and nearly eight years in bacteriophage research, she combines scientific depth with a keen understanding of commercialization and regulatory landscapes.
Previously, Dr. Nair led the scientific team at a startup focused on cancer diagnostics, gaining a holistic perspective across scientific, financial, and legal dimensions of biotech innovation. She has played a key role in bringing diagnostic products successfully to market.
